Keep this truth in mind; the enemy comes to kill, steal, and destroy [John 1:10]. Every demon has the same mission. How they go about it – their strategies and tactics – are different. A spirit of fear attacks your faith, for example [David and Goliath story] while a spirit of rejection attacks your identity [John 15:18]. The enemy is strategic; has a highly organised army, and able to send specific evil spirits against believers to derail them from their kingdom purpose [Ephesians 6:12]. 1 Peter 5:8, reminds us believers to “Be alert and of sober mind for the enemy the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour”. Here the enemy is compared to a lion. A lion is proud and fears nothing, it goes where it pleases and looks for the weak to prey on. Ha’Satan does the same thing. He is constantly looking for people who are weak in their spiritual life so he can tear them down. Our enemy attacks in the spiritual realm for afflictions to take place in the flesh [physical]. As you walk by the Spirit and not flesh, you become less likely to be a prey Ha’Satan [Galatians 5:16-18]. Jesus Christ [Yeshua] also said to His disciples, “It is impossible for stumbling blocks not to come, but woe to him by whom they come! [Luke:17:1]. You can never be in this world of darkness and not get attacked by the enemy. Heavy weight champion of the world, Tyson Fury said ” you can’t go swimming and not get wet…”. This world is a battlefield between forces of darkness and light. Yeshua was also tempted three times in the wilderness by the devil [Matthew 4:1-11].

Now lets look at, what, where and when the lion attacks for our understanding in spiritual warfare and why is very significant to be aware so you able to defend your territory. During the dispute over whose children Jesus Christ opponents are in the Gospel of John chapter 8, Yeshua said , “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” The Truth is Jesus Christ. We walk with Yeshua so that no advantage would be taken of us by Satan, for we are not ignorant of his schemes [2 Corinthians 2:1]. The lion hunts for food is largely dependent on what sort of food is available in their particular area of habitation. The Lion like any other animal has favourites when it comes to preys. They do though, also have a fondness for warthogs and have been known to lie and wait outside their burrows for hours on end. However, if a lion is hungry enough and cannot find its preferred food it’ll resort to eating whatever it can find, including fish. Do you want to be a warthog or a fish? The Bible says in Jacob [James] 4:7, to humble yourselves before God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Most hunting done by lions is under the cover of darkness; in the gloom at night they can easily observe and stalk their prey without the threat of detection. It’s actually quite common for lions to sit and observe their prey during daylight hours, usually just before sunset. But they mostly wait until after dark before launching an attack. Do you pray before you go to bed at nights? Jesus Christ’s said in Matthew 18:18 that, “Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. Brothers and Sisters, If you don’t have an attitude of praying all the time, you become an easy prey for an attack [1 Thessalonians 5:16-18]. Now let’s look at this deep secret about praying from our commander in chief Yeshua. The story in Matthew 17, described where the disciples of Jesus were subjected to mockery in public; Jesus Christ was away praying in the mountains whilst they tried tirelessly to heal a child of epilepsy, until Jesus got back and rebuked the demon, and it came out of him; and the child was cured from that very hour. Non of the disciples had courage to ask why they couldn’t and were ashamed, but Simon Peter asked during dinner in the evening. Jesus said… ”this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.”

There will be certain attacks by Satan, that simple prayer can not release you from it’s grip but only with fasting [Matthew 17:19-21]. Moreover, you shouldn’t start fasting only when you find yourself in difficulties, but also when things are going well and great in your life. That’s you standing firm, defending your territory for any attack. Are you having marital problems? Are you having marital problems? Is your loved one on a sick bed? do you feel alone as a result of bereavement? have you lost your job or in financial difficulty? Have you, or a family member , partner or friend been diagnosed with cancer or other disease? Cheer up ! You can do all things through Jesus Christ who strengthens us [Philippians 4:12]. Don’t wait to be attacked before you pray but fast and pray in the name of Jesus Christ. If you pray with an unforgiving heart, you’re talking to yourself- ‘Your heart is the contact point with our Almighty God’ – ‘Your heart is the prayer room’. Unforgiveness is a sin which becomes a significant barrier between your heart and our Lord God Elohim. Jesus Christ [Yeshua], gave us the skill on how to win our battles and achieve anything we want in our lives – He said, ”whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven will also forgive you your wrongdoing” [Mark 11:25].

Other hunting methods by the lion occurs in sunlight which is directly related to the activity of a particular prey species. What are your current activities? Are you talking too much or keep your mouth shut? Where do you stand with repentance- simply doing all you can to stop or stay away from sin. The simple way to find out if you are at the wrong place for an attack is to read your Bible always, slowly and repeatedly so the Holy Spirits can talk to you. The Bible is the only book in this world when you read , it reads you back ” [Prophet T.B Joshua]. Avoid reading the Bible like a literature. Weigh your closeness to God Almighty (El Shaddai) with the standard of the Bible and nothing else; don’t put your trust in own resources or abilities but GOD only. The Psalmist says ”You have lifted up my horn like that of a wild ox; I have been anointed with the finest oil. My eyes look at my enemies; when evildoers rise against me, my ears hear them [Psalms 92:10-11]. ”Read your Bible routinely and you will hear from God directly in your spirit (heart) and not your ears”; when Satan is about to attack; you can then defend yourself and others around you. For  ‘In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams. Even on my servants, both men and women,I will pour out my Spirit in those days,and they will prophesy, [Acts 2:17-18]. A servant of the Most High God will not be lead into destruction; you will be warned through visions , dreams and be able to prophesy to even warn others around you.

Oh, Holy Spirit guide me to understand the schemes of the enemy so that, I don’t perish. In Jesus Christ name, Amen and Amen

Accepting Yeshua [Jesus Christ] in your heart

There is a Promise in the Holy Scriptures at John 3:16, ‘For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life’ .

Jesus Christ foretold the ‘signs of the end of time’ in Matthew 24, …the Good News of the kingdom shall be proclaimed in the the whole world as a testimony to all nations and then the end will come.

All you have to do now is accept YESHUA– Jesus Christ as your Messiah in your heart; and if you do this willingly this day at this very hour, you will be saved just like the criminal on the cross with Jesus Christ in Luke 23:42-43, ”And he said, “Yeshua, remember me when You come into Your kingdom.”Yeshua said to him, “Amen, I tell you, today you shall be with Me in Paradise.” There is no true loving parent that will lock their door in the middle of the night to a rebellious child. They either wait for them to come back or go out looking for them. So what do expect Our Loving Father HaShem to do? The door to come back into the kingdom of God is open for you. Yeshua is the only way to the Father. Is never too late to be saved and there is no sin ever committed that, God can not forgive, if you willingly come to HIM with repentance.

Now tell someone you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal saviour today; Jesus Christ called everyone to Himself publicly.

Yeshua is the Lion of the tribe of Judah that was slain for all your sins and with HIM you will face no judgement on the last day, no matter your religion, gender, race or believe. The Holy Scriptures of Revelation 5 promises us that, by Yeshua’s blood shed on the cross we are all saved. Just believe…
