Are You Blaming The Devil For All Your Health Problems?

“Worship the LORD your God, and his blessing will be on your food and water. I will take away sickness from among you…” [Exodus 23:25]

The devil is not our only enemy, but the sovereign power of our ‘own will’ given to us by GOD [YHWH], and the power of sin.

Many have been diagnosed with illnesses they do not need medication(s) for, but rather due to systemic dehydration of their entire organ systems. Our bodies which is also a temple of God, has about 60% or more water depending on other factors such as age.

Water the necessity of man was created by God in the beginning vastly for a reason; yet we prefer to drink more of what the world gives, sugary drinks and alcohol! [Genesis 1:1-6]. A bottle of water is more expensive than a bottle of coca-cola in the United Kingdom for example. Those that have ears listen [read Revelation 17:17].

Drinking water has many benefits; for instance is essential for brain function, maintaining a healthy weight to improving energy levels and flushing toxins out of the body; if toxins are not flushed out sufficiently, it can cause various illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, muscular problems, stress, fatigue and cancer in different organs [just to name a few]; though due to our sins; other illnesses are demonic related, spiritual, and invisible and can only be cured by deliverance in the name of Christ Jesus [Yahusha].

Many don’t know when they are thirsty or hungry. God created us with an alert mechanism; thirst or when our urine is not clear. Major organs in our bodies are put under tremendous pressure when we are dehydrated. However, some of us just snack or eat whenever we’re thirsty leading to obesity; with associated health problems. Most headaches are as a result of dehydration yet many ignore to drink water and reach out for medication [often times paracetamol]. Why not carry a bottle of water whenever you leave your homes? There are so many accounts in the scriptures [Bible], where they never wandered out without a ‘skin of water’ [for instance Genesis 21:14].

As the saying goes; too much of everything is bad…Though water is safe and in fact necessary for life, it is possible to get too much of a good thing. Drinking excessive amounts of water can cause hyponatremia or low sodium in the blood which can lead to significant health problems and even fatal. The best advice is to stick to nature by responding to our own bodies; if we thirst, we drink water instead of beverages or sugary drinks. Be vigilant when it comes to the colour of your urine; we should aim for a light yellow to clear urine and whenever this is out of range – getting darker, foamy or fizzing – to hydrate accordingly. Bear in mind some medications can have effect on urine colour.

The enemy cannot inflict pain or suffering without God’s permission- if you remember the story in Job 1:12, Satan has to be given permission and limitations.

Play your part fellow brothers and sisters with ‘FAITH’;- eat healthy, exercise and drink sufficient water throughout the day to keep hydrated, 2-3 litres a day and remember the children. Now leave the spiritual battles for God in prayer and worship. “WATCH YOUR MOUTH!” and don’t focus on your trials and listen to the enemy that, nothing will change; begin declaring God’s word instead [Proverbs 18:21]. For, “A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones ” [Proverbs 17:22]. Sit back and continue to take your prescribed medication(s) and start drinking water with ‘Faith’ and wait for God’s WILL upon your life. You’ll be advised by your doctor that, you asymptomatic and MUST stop the medication(s) in no time.

As a soldier of Christ Jesus, the opposite of fear isn’t courage but Faith in God. God reminded Joshua a great soldier of the Israelites that,” Have I not commanded you? Chazak! Be strong! Do not be terrified or dismayed, for Adonai your God is with you wherever you go” [Joshua 1:9].

God is telling you the same today, this very hour to be strong in Christ Jesus- Yahusha name.

It is well 🙏

Amen, Amen, Amen.
